DoReMi ("we", "our", "us") provides a music theory and ear training app (the "App"). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Account information: the email address you use to sign in, and an optional display name.
• Practice data: your exercise results, XP, streaks, and skill progress, used to track your learning and show a leaderboard.
• Purchase information: subscription status, handled by our payment processor (RevenueCat) — we do not see or store your payment card details.

How we use your information

We use this information to operate the App: to sign you in, save your progress across devices, show your standing on the leaderboard, and manage your subscription. We do not sell your personal information.

Data storage

Account and practice data is stored securely with our database provider (Supabase) and protected by access controls that restrict each account to its own data. Session credentials are stored securely on your device.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account and associated data at any time by deleting your account in the App's settings, or by contacting us at doremi.support@gmail.com.

Children's privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do.
