These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the DoReMi mobile application (the "App"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

Using the App

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for any activity that happens under your account.

Subscriptions

Some content is available only with a paid subscription ("Master"). Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, renew automatically unless cancelled, and are subject to the refund policies of those platforms. You can manage or cancel your subscription from your App Store or Google Play account settings.

Content

All lessons, exercises, audio, and other content in the App are owned by DoReMi or its licensors and are provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from App content without permission.

Account deletion

You may delete your account at any time from the App's settings. This permanently removes your account and associated practice data.

Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DoReMi is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold DoReMi harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the App.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of the State of Israel.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
